She regularly advises businesses and individuals on a range of employment matters, including settlement agreements, breach of contract, redundancy, contracts of employment, employment policies and procedures and employment tribunal claims.
Lauren is empathetic towards clients and takes the time to acknowledge their needs and to support them throughout the matter. She understands that whether you’re an employee or an employer, issues in the workplace can be stressful and have a negative impact on all aspects of a person’s life, so she helps clients deal with matters sympathetically but pragmatically, putting them at ease and working with them to find the best outcome for their situation.
