Gaynor is a Paralegal in our Mental Capacity and Court of Protection department and is based at our Nottingham office.

Gaynor is approachable, friendly and down to earth, with a natural ability to build rapport quickly and put people at ease. She is level-headed and calm under pressure, with strong conflict resolution skills and a practical approach to problem solving. Committed to seeing matters through from start to finish, Gaynor works diligently to help clients navigate often complex situations with confidence and reassurance.
- Early in her career, Gaynor qualified as a nursery nurse and worked in hospitals, eventually progressing to Nursery Manager. During this time, she also worked in the Children’s Unit at Nottingham City Hospital, which provided respite care for children
- Gaynor has extensive customer service experience from her time at Broxtowe Borough Council, where she dealt with business rates, benefits and housing repairs
- She later joined Erewash Borough Council assisting residents with Council Tax and Benefits enquiries, assessing eligibility and preparing formal documentation
- Gaynor joined Rothera Bray in October 2026 as a Paralegal in the Mental Capacity and Court of Protection team
