Brett James is a Wills, Probate and Trusts Private Client Executive at Rothera Bray Solicitors and is based at our Lace Market, Nottingham office.
As part of the firm’s Wills and Probate team Brett helps advise clients on a wide range of legal services such as creating new wills and trusts, drafting and registering power of attorney documents, dealing with the administration of estates, and making deputyship applications.
Brett previously worked in personal injury and criminal law in Canada before moving to the UK.

- Brett achieved a B.A Honours in the Law and Society Program from York University in Toronto, Canada, graduating in 2015
- In 2017 Brett graduated with an LLB in the Accelerated Two Year Senior Status LLB program at the University of Leicester
