Disputed cases
Normal hourly rates apply to disputed cases. These are between £160 (+ VAT) – £330 (+ VAT) depending on experience:
Paralegal: £160.00 (+ VAT)
Trainee solicitor: £180.00 (+ VAT)
Senior Paralegal: £180.00 (+ VAT)
Solicitor, Chartered Institute of Legal Executive and Recoveries Manager: £255.00 (+VAT)
Associate: £275.00 (+VAT)
Senior Associate: £295.00 (+ VAT)
Partner: £330.00 (+ VAT)
Our debt recovery department is headed up by Terhi Sygrove. Terhi has over 10 years’ experience as a debt recovery manager and can provide expert legal advice on commercial and consumer debt recovery as well as national and international credit control. She also represents unpaid creditors, suppliers, liquidators and also advises on credit control procedures and practice.

Terhi is a committee member of the East Midlands Branch of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM).
Terhi also advises and represents landlords and letting agents in relation to the recovery of rent arrears and possession proceedings.
Our debt recovery team is supported by commercial litigation specialists Richard Hammond and Richard Bates, who handle disputed or complex claims professionally and efficiently and can also advise on business debt recovery, commercial debts and prospects of recovery.
