Toby is a Partner who specialises in corporate and commercial law and business affairs. He has been a partner for over 10 years and been involved in many high profile acquisitions and disposals. He works mainly from our Nottingham city centre branch.

Toby enjoys working closely with clients and focuses on their commercial needs – he helps them to realise value and achieve their aspirations.
He communicates clearly and effectively with clients, intermediaries and other legal professionals.
- Toby qualified with Bray & Bray and worked with them advising on corporate and business matters until 2008.
- He continued his career and spent 5 years in the Corporate & Banking Team at a UK top 50 law firm before returning to Bray & Bray as a Partner in June 2013.
