Contact Talita Fantauzzi:
Talita Fantauzzi is a Solicitor in Rothera Bray’s Wills and Probate department and is based at our Nottingham office.
Talita joined Rothera Bray in 2021, as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property department. She then started her training contract at Rothera Bray in 2023, completing seats in the Dispute Resolution, Residential Conveyancing and Wills and Probate departments. In June 2025, after qualifying as a Solicitors, she joins the Wills & Probate team at our Nottingham office.
Talita understands that wills and probate matters can be complex and intimidating for clients, so in the first instance she explains the matter clearly, putting clients at ease and ensuring they understand the situation and how the team can assist. Talita prides herself on providing clients with a friendly and efficient approach.
Talita is also fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese and is happy to assist clients in these languages.
- In 2017 Talita started working as a Legal Secretary at a general practice law office in South Dakota, including family law, criminal law, personal injury, business law, wills and estate planning and real estate
- Whilst completing her degree at the University of South Dakota, Talita co-founded, produced and was the news anchor of Coyote News Español, the first news broadcast in Spanish at the university and its surrounding area
- Talita worked pro-bono as a Student Legal Advisor at Nottingham Law School’s Legal Advice Centre in 2019
- In 2020 Talita commenced a placement at a commercial law firm in Nottingham
- Talita joined Rothera Bray as a Paralegal in September 2021
- Talita became a Trainee Solicitor at Rothera Bray in May 2023
- In June 2025 Talita qualified as a Solicitor and joined the Wills & Probate department at the Rothera Bray Nottingham office

Qualifications
- Talita completed her BA in International Studies with a specialism in Media & Journalism from the University of South Dakota
- Talita obtained her Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School in 2020
- Talita is currently undertaking the LLM LPC at Nottingham Law School
- In June 2025 she qualified as a Solicitor
