• Senita began her career in retail in 1996, starting as a weekend Sales Assistant at Jade Shoes in Nottingham and progressing to Assistant Manager within four years. This early experience built strong foundations in customer service, team leadership and commercial awareness.
• In 2006, Senita moved into professional services, joining Tenon (now RSM) as Senior Secretary to the Tax team. Her role evolved into a Marketing Assistant position for the East Midlands, providing a valuable introduction to marketing and business development within a professional services environment.
• In 2009, Senita took on a Marketing and Business Development Executive role at Berrymans (now Shakespeare Martineau), covering maternity leave. This opportunity enabled her to broaden her expertise, work across teams, and gain insight from a range of mentors within the legal sector.
• Between 2010 and 2016, Senita managed a variety of projects across event management, property investment and sourcing, gaining extensive B2B and B2C experience across multiple industries.
• In 2016, Senita joined Mazars (now Forvis Mazars) in a Marketing and Business Development role, which later developed into a national position. During this time, she played a key role in planning and delivering high-profile events and strengthening stakeholder engagement.
• From 2018 to 2024, Senita was Business Manager at Breeze Corporate Finance, providing comprehensive business support across marketing, business development and PR, company events, stakeholder engagement, and office and facilities management.
• Between 2024 and 2026, Senita has undertaken a range of project and contract roles, including Business Development Manager at V Formation, Project Lead for the Draycott House Events Lakeside Marquee launch, and ongoing part-time work with local charity Salcare, supporting events, fundraising and business development initiatives.
• Senita joined Rothera Bray in January 2026 as a part-time Marketing and Business Development Executive, bringing a broad range of experience across professional services, events, and stakeholder engagement.
