Contact Seetal Patel:
Seetal Patel is a solicitor in Rothera Bray’s Serious Personal Injury department with a specialism in abuse cases, and is based at our Lace Market office.
Seetal is a solicitor in the Serious Injury Team, having joined in November 2022. She is particularly passionate in representing survivors of sexual abuse and has experience in pursuing cases against the local authority, individual abusers, and religious and school institutions.
Seetal understands that clients come to her in an emotionally charged or distressed state and so she takes a compassionate and empathic approach, providing sound advice without escalating their already stressed state. This work leads to improved awareness of the challenges facing those who have suffered abuse.

She keeps clients at the heart of her work and is committed to a holistic approach to include early access to treatment/rehabilitation supported by interim payments to assist with finances and treatment or counselling needs.
