Sarah Soo

Sarah Soo is a Wills and Probate specialist at Rothera Bray Solicitors and has specialised in private client work since she began her career. Sarah is currently based at both our Beeston and Nottingham offices.

Sarah can provide expert legal advice and services on a wide range of matters covering the creation and administration of wills, powers of attorney, and estates. She is also a fully accredited member of The Association on Lifetime Lawyers.

Sarah provides a caring and sympathetic approach to clients and explains things clearly and simply to ensure that clients understand and receive the service that they expect. Sarah is based at our Beeston office just outside Nottingham city centre.

  • In 2006 Sarah joined McKinnells as a trainee solicitor before qualifying as a solicitor in 2008
  • Sarah worked as an associate solicitor in Wills and Probate at Chatterton-McKinnells between 2013 and 2015
  • Joined Rothera Bray in 2015 and became an Associate in 2017
  • Sarah was promoted to Senior Associate in June 2023
  • In June 2025 Sarah was promoted to Managing Associate

Sarah Soo at the Beeston office took over my late aunt's case after my solicitor at the Derby office retired. She was like a 'whirlwind', so knowledgeable, kind, caring and yet professional. As I was the named executor she kept me informed by email or phone all the way through, explaining and advising as we went along.
