Sarah is an experienced matrimonial and family law solicitor, dealing with children matters including child care, and financial issues following separation of married couples and divorce.  She undertakes court work in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire & Warwickshire. She is based at our Market Harborough office.

Sarah has extensive experience dealing with clients at what can be a very emotional time for them.  Sarah is professional and clear in her advice.  Her client interaction is both compassionate and understanding.  She works efficiently and keeps her clients updated throughout their entire case.

 

  • She obtained a Training contract with a solicitor’s firm in Northampton where she remained after qualifying. Later she returned to Leicestershire, where she grew up, working for a couple of small firms until she joined Bray & Bray in 1999

  • A couple of career highlights for Sarah is when she appeared in the High Court in London on a care case
  • She also successfully opposed a Local Authority in removing children from parents with Learning Needs

Sarah Gill represented me in an unpleasant and complex family court proceedings. Sarah was excellent at clearly explaining and managing the case from start to finish. She worked efficiently and with a minimum of fuss to organise the case. The proceedings went as smoothly as they could and Sarah was able to cut through the confusion to deliver a satisfactory outcome. Family law is incredibly stressful and with experience of representing myself initially things can go very wrong very quickly even if things appear incredibly clear cut. Having representation that you can trust to get things right is essential in such a fickle arena.
