I have recently used Rothera Bray for my house purchase and sale, and for a financial dispute with my ex partner. They were excellent and reasonably priced on both counts. I was given good advice, they always returned my calls, and on many occasion I was put straight through to my solicitor. I would definitely recommend them, and will soon be using them to write my will.
