- Rowan has had many customer facing roles which have also included pro bono legal work
- Rowan joined Rothera Bray as a Paralegal in the Serious Personal Injury team in December 2025
- In May 2026, Rowan joined the Rothera Bray Dispute Resolution team as a Paralegal
