Lyndsey specialises in Court of Protection and Lasting Power of Attorney matters.
Lyndsey is passionate about providing support to elderly and vulnerable clients whose health or mental capacity has deteriorated either as a result of old age, illness or personal injury. Lyndsey provides a friendly and compassionate approach at what she understands can be an emotional time for those individuals and their loved ones.
Lyndsey is committed to providing excellent client care and as a result, strives to ensure that anyone looking to use our services feels relaxed and comfortable with her from the beginning. She is happy to carry out home visits and will always work to accommodate her client’s needs.
- Lyndsey previously volunteered with Age UK Nottingham’s advocacy service, offering free support to elderly and vulnerable adults
- Joined Rothera Bray in July 2018 as a Legal Secretary
- Became a Paralegal in 2020
- Lyndsey became a Trainee Solicitor at Rothera Bray in September 2022
- Lyndsey qualified as a solicitor in September 2024

Qualifications
- Graduated from Nottingham Trent University in June 2014 with a First Class LLB (Honours) Law degree
- Lyndsey completed her LPC part-time at Nottingham Trent University between 2020 – 2022 whilst working as a paralegal
