Kendal Litherland is a Consultant in Rothera Bray’s Dispute Resolution department and is based at our Nottingham city office.
- Over 20 years’ experience acting in professional negligence claims for claimants against various professionals including solicitors, insurance brokers, barristers, surveyors, accountants, structural engineers, architects, IFAs and SIPP operators.
- Kendal aims to restore the client’s faith in professionals. This is achieved by providing exceptional service alongside the robust pursuit of the claim to secure the best possible outcome.
- Kendal is recognised in the Legal Directories as a leading individual in claimant professional negligence work being described in Chambers as being a “true specialist” who “gets amazing and exceptional results for clients” and in the Legal 500 as a “tenacious and determined litigator”.
- Kendal previously worked as a Partner and Senior Associate at a Nottingham-based firm
- Prior to joining Rothera Bray, Kendal worked at a UK-based law firm as an Associate before being promoted to Legal Director in 2015
- Kendal joined Rothera Bray as a Consultant in May 2024
