Jasmin Marshall

Jasmin Marshall is an Associate Solicitor in Rothera Bray’s Wills and Probate department and is based at our Mapperley office.

Jasmin deals with all new client enquiries relating to wills, probate and trusts by phone, email and in person. She also conducts research for cases and ensures clients are kept up to date with any progress on their case.

Jasmin has a broad knowledge of private client matters and is empathetic and compassionate when dealing with clients, understanding that she is helping people at what is often a vulnerable time in their life.

  • From 2018-2021 Jasmin worked as a Legal Assistant at another local law firm
  • From January 2021-August 2022 Jasmin was a Trainee Solicitor at the same law firm
  • Jasmin joined Rothera Bray as a Trainee Solicitor in August 2022
  • Jasmin qualified as a solicitor in April 2023
  • In June 2025 Jasmin was promoted to Associate Solicitor

  • Jasmin completed a degree in Philosophy, Religion and Ethics at the University of Essex, graduating in 2015
  • Jasmin completed her Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) between 2016-2017
  • Between 2017-2018 Jasmin completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC)
  • Promoted to Associate in June 2025
  • Jasmin is currently undertaking her STEP qualification and has achieved a Merit in STEP Advanced Certificate in Administration of Estates (December 2024) and a Distinction in STEP Certificate in Trusts and Estates (June 2025)

We have recently used the Mapperley branch to sort out Grant of Probate and will also be using them for conveyancing. Jasmin Marshall who dealt with the probate was very professional but lovely at the same time. She put us at ease at what was a difficult time for us, and made the whole process much less painful.
