Amy Emmerson is a Paralegal in Rothera Bray’s Wills and Probate team and is based at our Beeston office.

Amy plays a key role in supporting the Wills and Probate team, assisting with a wide range of matters. She helps new clients with their enquiries and ensures documents are prepared accurately and efficiently for colleagues.
Known for her friendly and approachable manner, Amy takes the time to guide clients through the process with care and compassion. Her strong organisational skills and commitment to delivering excellent service make her a valued member of the team.
- Before starting university, Amy gained experience as a receptionist at a conveyancing law firm
- From June to October 2025, she worked as a Conveyancing Assistant at a law firm based in the East Midlands
- In November 2025, Amy joined Rothera Bray as a Paralegal in the Wills and Probate team

Qualifications
- Amy completed her undergraduate Law degree at the University of Derby between 2019 and 2022
- In 2025, she went on to achieve her Master of Laws (LPC) at the same university, where her dissertation focused on the Inheritance Act
