The Nottingham maternity investigation has widened following a file loss at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, which included information on infant fatalities. Maternity services across the UK have been under scrutiny for a number of years and at Rothera Bray we speak with many families who have suffered poor and potentially negligent care from Trusts around the country.
