We're recruiting: Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE)
Job description
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, advising a broad range of clients including developers, investors, landlords, and business owners.
Your work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Landlord and tenant matters, including renewals and assignments
- Property finance and secured lending transactions
- Development and regeneration work
- Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
Responsibilities of this role
We are seeking a confident and capable solicitor with a strong grounding in commercial property work. You will have:
- Minimum 3 years PQE in Commercial Property
- Proven experience managing your own caseload
- Strong technical knowledge across core real estate matters
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
- Strong client care and relationship-building skills

- Commercially minded and solution-focused approach
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365
