“Just a brief note to say how pleased we were with how efficiently your staff, in particular Sharan Sian and Lisa Rainbow, dealt with the sale of our property. It is so refreshing to have a company who keeps regular communication and replies to calls quickly. I have no hesitation in using you again. ”Geoff Garbutt
“I would like to fully recommend Rothera Bray and especially Sharan Sian for their excellent professional support recently in selling my rental property. Initially I was a little anxious about the entirely remote aspect of the legal process but in fact this was quite straightforward with clear instructions provided. Sharan herself provided clear information and instructions throughout the process, by email and phone when necessary, and demonstrated a calm, no-fuss approach which I appreciated. My buyers were a little tardy and Sharan dealt with delays in a focussed and professional manner and kept the sale moving forward to a successful conclusion. ”Linda Janes
“Thank you for your kindness and professionalism and for being there for me each and every time I had any questions and your patience with me! Many many thanks once again for your efficient and friendly service and I will definitely recommend Rothera Bray to friends and family in the future. ”M Stocks
