Samantha Buckle is a senior paralegal at Rothera Bray, in the Conveyancing department. She’s based at our Beeston office.

Samantha assists the conveyancing team in a wide range of residential property matters including pre and post completion work for sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
Samantha provides a proactive and forthright approach to clients, keeping them regularly updated on the progress of their transaction and answering any questions or queries they may have.

Changes are coming to inheritance tax (IHT) for agricultural and business assets. After strong pushback on the original £1 million cap announced in the Autumn 2024 Budget, the Treasury has revised its plans.
