Senior Associate Solicitor
Ruth is a Senior Associate in Rothera Bray’s Mental Capacity and Court of Protection team. She is based at our Lace Market office in the heart of Nottingham city centre.
Ruth is a specialist Court of Protection solicitor and has extensive experience of acting as professional deputy in high value complex cases.
Ruth has spent the entirety of her career acting for vulnerable individuals, primarily representing adults and children with acquired brain injuries who lack capacity following personal injury or medical negligence. Ruth also acts for elderly clients and individuals with learning difficulties and mental health issues.
Ruth provides a professional and compassionate approach at what can be an overwhelming and emotional time for her clients. Ruth is happy to conduct home visits and will always tailor her approach to her client’s needs.
