Georgia is the receptionist at our Derby office and is the first point of contact for clients visiting our Amen Alley branch.
As the first point of contact for clients at our Derby office, Georgia provides a welcoming and friendly approach whether clients come into the office or contact us by phone or email.
Georgia is also responsible for a range of administrative duties including maintaining records and liaising with colleagues regarding schedules.
Having worked in a number of customer-facing roles, Georgia understands the importance of providing excellent customer service and recognises that clients may be experiencing a wide range of emotions when they visit or contact us, so she assists clients by showing empathy and compassion to help support them with their matter.
