Fiona Moore is a senior associate solicitor specialising in commercial property and residential property at Nottingham-based law firm Rothera Bray Solicitors and is located at our Lace Market office in the heart of Nottingham City Centre.
Fiona can provide expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial property matters including developments, leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, sale and purchase of land, commercial mortgages, commercial leases for landlords and tenants and lease extensions. She also advises on a variety of residential property matters including sales and purchases, leaseholds, freeholds, remortgages, transfer of equity, deed of rectifications, deeds of easements and first registrations.
Fiona regularly acts for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers or investors and guides clients through the varying stages of buying, selling or leasing property.
