Approach

Aleksandra is empathetic and provides a professional approach but also takes the time to connect with clients on a emotional level to put them at ease. She is understanding when it comes to clients’ issues, giving them the space and time to process what has happened to them so they feel comfortable discussing their situation with her.

Aleksandra is a native Polish speaker and is happy to assist clients in Polish or English from the start to completion of their matter.

Career Highlights

  • Aleksandra has previously worked for a UK based solicitor at their Nottingham office, joining as an Administrative Assistant in January 2022 where she was responsible for closing cases, importing and creating documents, processing payments, opening, allocating, relocating and editing new cases along with inputting client data into the system and providing interpreting services for clients during conferences
  • In August 2022 Aleksandra became a Legal Support Assistant at the same firm as above, assisting solicitors with personal injury, medical negligence, asbestos and disease and serious injury cases, including arranging telephone appointments and meetings, assisting clients at each stage of civil proceedings, requesting various records and translating for clients
  • Aleksandra joined Rothera Bray as a Personal Injury Paralegal in August 2023
  • In October 2024 she joined the Transport team at Rothera Bray as a Paralegal
