IP rights can be one of the most valuable business assets. As a result, protecting your intellectual property is essential.
The term covers patents, trade marks, copyright, designs and confidential information, whilst some areas need to be formally registered to be protected, other rights exist automatically.

Carol Freeman and her team were simply brilliant in the handling of our sale and purchase when we recently moved down to Suffolk. With their help and support a stressful and at times complicated transaction was made to seem easy.

This house move for us at my age and health conditions could have been highly stressful as well as physically and mentally challenging. I must give all credit to our representative Deepika Vadher. Her communication was swift and sharp. I genuinely felt assured that my interests were a priority. I am most grateful for such a smooth and swift outcome.

Excellent service and communication through-out the process. The process is also totally digital thus, gave me that flexibility to conduct the transaction remotely. A target date was set and achieved. Thank you to Rothera Bray and especially Fatima! Highly recommended.

I had an outstanding experience with Rothera & Bray, particularly with Sarrina Mills and Tina Rana. They were both incredibly professional and attentive in addressing my queries. They went above and beyond to ensure the smooth exchange of contracts and successful purchase of my property, all while working diligently to complete the process before the stamp duty increase. This is the second time I’ve worked with Rothera Bray, and once again, they have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the exceptional services of Sarrina and Tina.

Abbey from Rothera Bray recently dealt with the conveyancing for both the sale of my existing property and the purchase of a new one. Throughout a difficult and protracted process Abbey was always efficient and prompt in replying to any queries. I'd have no hesitation in recommending her or Rothera Bray.

Just a brief note to say how pleased we were with how efficiently your staff, in particular Sharan Sian and Lisa Rainbow, dealt with the sale of our property. It is so refreshing to have a company who keeps regular communication and replies to calls quickly. I have no hesitation in using you again.

I would like to fully recommend Rothera Bray and especially Sharan Sian for their excellent professional support recently in selling my rental property. Initially I was a little anxious about the entirely remote aspect of the legal process but in fact this was quite straightforward with clear instructions provided. Sharan herself provided clear information and instructions throughout the process, by email and phone when necessary, and demonstrated a calm, no-fuss approach which I appreciated. My buyers were a little tardy and Sharan dealt with delays in a focussed and professional manner and kept the sale moving forward to a successful conclusion.
